The head of the institution, Mr. AR.Naresh is a versatile personality with a visionary outlook and has already made history in various spheres. A computer engineer by profession, AR.Naresh had nurtured a dream while he was very young to empower the Indian youth community and enable them to become economically strong and independent. To realize his dreams he started a training centre by name Youth Employment Training Bureau (YETB) in the year 1987, and, in collaboration with the NSS wing of Madurai Kamaraj University, conducted various employment oriented courses for the youths in Madurai district.

Through YETB he trained up people in various disciplines ranging from video photography and computer operation to screen printing and gem cutting.

The students who underwent training at this centre are today enjoying a respectable position in the society thanks to the practical training and career opportunities they got through YETB.

AR.Naresh also delivered a series of motivational lectures which were instrumental in shaping up the lives of many youngsters in Madurai and its surroundings.

His administrative skill, oratorical talent, inherent ability in public relations and leadership qualities are the main driving forces for the Forex Training Institute. When AR.Naresh ventures on a business, all is fish that comes to his net. Now it is the turn of his Forex Training Institute.
